Our sincere gratitude to our MSSNY Governmental Affairs staff for a marvelous effort in extending the E-Scribe mandate for one year.  Thank you Governor Cuomo, Senator Hannon and, especially, Assemblyman John McDonald, for plowing the road on the legislation.  Just as importantly, thank you Dr. Ferdinand Venditti at Albany Medical College Faculty Practice Group for bringing this to light.  Also, thank you NY Medical Group Management Association for all your efforts in getting the word out!!! Patients are safer tonight because doctors came together to do the right thing!!!
